We Buy U Sell offers fast and reliable delivery services. Please see below for shipping options and policies:

Land Delivery: –
Items being delivered in the Eastern or Western area of New Providence may cost up to $75 regardless of quantity of weight of items. Items being delivered in the central area of New Providence may cost up $35 regardless of quantity or weight of items.

Boat Delivery:-
We are pleased to offer free delivery services for our family island customers. Boat delivery scheduled times are subject to Dock Master’s delivery schedule. Boat delivery orders are usually scheduled within the week.

Unless otherwise stated, quotes are only good for 30 days from date thereof. Unless otherwise stated quotes do not include installation fees or delivery fees to customer premises. A 50% deposit is required for the processing of all special orders: balance due upon arrival. Unless otherwise stated, allow 12 weeks for delivery of orders. Some additional time may be required due to shipping schedules, factory delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. All special orders are made as per specification noted on receipt.

Please examine all goods before signing receipt. We buy u sell will not be held responsible for any claims presented regarding damaged goods once goods have been received by the customer. Absolutely no cash refunds- store credit only. All goods for return or exchange must be returned in original packaging with all accessories, undamaged, along with its original invoice. No returns or exchanges of special-order pieces or after 14 days of receipt of goods. All goods on order or delivery to customer remain the property of WBus until the customer makes full payment and settlement of related invoices. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned goods.

Goods that are paid in full and not collected within 7 business days will incur a weekly storage fee of $50.00 per week until goods have left the warehouse. Please present receipt to make exchanges, returns, and pick-up. We will not serve you unless you can provide us with a receipt.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our location on Robinson Road. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within one (1) business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 7.30AM Monday – Friday and 9AM – 3PM on Saturdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

General Terms:-
After the contract has been signed and payment is received, We Buy U Sell promises to complete the work stated in the contract to the high standards set within the company and in adherence with generally accepted industry practices and regulations. The ‘work’ being done is described within the invoice. Prices for the Work are in Bahamian dollars. Any delay in the performance of the Work caused by Customer’s actions will subject prices to increase during that period of delay and Company may charge Customer with incurred storage fees.

Timeline:-
You will be notified of the approximate time frame for the completion of the installation when the contract is signed. Although we cannot guarantee this, typically the installation is completed within the estimated time frame. We will put forth our best efforts to get it complete within the estimated time frame. All dimensions indicated on the contract are approximate and will be later clarified by an installation manager or qualified installer. Once all the products are purchased and ready to install, we will contact you to set up an installation date and time that will be convenient for you. All customers receiving installation services will have free delivery.

Limitations and Liability:-
We do not offer monetary compensation for time spent or wages lost caused by delays (on the part of the client) or cancellations during the installation. We Buy U Sell is not responsible for concealed damage inside the wall which includes, but is not limited to, rot, water damage, and insufficient framing. If rot is found around the work area, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that there is 3 feet of space from the window(s) or door(s). Before the installation begins, the customer is responsible for the removal of window coverings (should there be any) such as blinds, curtains, curtain rods, and brackets. Once the work is complete, it will be up to the customer to complete its re-installation. Similarly, any shrubs, plants, or flowers should be removed before the installation. We Buy U Sell is not responsible for electrical wiring. This includes, but is not limited to, alarm systems, doorbells, junction boxes. We will do our absolute best to find the exact match between the products, the caulking, and the aluminum capping. However, there are some colors that are not available for these things. In this case, we will use the colors that match the closest to the window or door. Each of the following events or conditions shall constitute a breach by the Customer and shall give Company the right, without an election of remedies, to immediately terminate this Agreement or suspend performance by delivery of written notice declaring termination, upon which event Customer shall be liable to Company for all the Work furnished to date and all damages sustained by Company: (1) any failure by the Customer to pay amounts when due; (2) if Customer becomes bankrupt or insolvent or takes the benefit of any statute for bankrupt or insolvent debtors or makes or proposes to make any proposal or arrangement with creditors; (3) any representation or warranty furnished by Customer in connection with this Agreement is false or misleading in any material respect when made; or (4) any failure by Customer to perform or comply with any provision of this Agreement.
